Response to “Airport worker had weapon of mass destruction” Top Comments

I recently saw this video pop up on my notifications on YouTube, you can see the video above or at this link here:

The top comment was by a ” Macho Man Randy Savage ” profile, and it said this…

” Since when is a pipe bomb a WMD? ” was the question. So since he asked, and the commentators stated the same thing at the end of the video, my response.

” because they kill lots of people when they go off on planes…

“A weapon of mass destruction (WMD) is … or other weapon that can kill and bring significant harm to a large number of humans…”

Although these words can be very subjective, here is an attempt to define the word ” LARGE”

” … It’s fairly subjective. I’d just say something like: A few: More than one but less than maybe three to five. Several: More than two but less than five or so. A number of: More than two or three. I don’t know if there’s an upper limit on this. One could say “I have a number of options.” could be ten, could be a hundred. A lot: A large number, maybe like 25 or more (very very subjective) Many: Same as a lot. Hard question to answer. …”

I hope this answered your question.

Fact:( According to the internet / wikipedia… )

10 October 1933, A Boeing 247 was destroyed by a bomb, with nitroglycerin as the probable explosive agent. A Chicago gangland murder was suspected, but the case remains unsolved.[2] It is thought to be the first proven act of air sabotage in commercial aviation.
